Abstract

This article has analyzed China's coal consumption status and its over usage in industry and construction sectors by the comparison of energy and coal utilization mode between China and America.The sources of these problems have been discussed from the aspects of industry development level,energy consumption tradition and resources endowment,etc..Policy suggestions have been proposed to optimize the coal consumption mode in China.
