Abstract

At resent,with the continuous deepening of the popularity、internationaliztion、marketize trend for high education,the existence circumstances of colleges and university have changed greatly.So colleges and university must constantly bring forth new ideals,guarantee high quality for existence,reform for develoment.The paper discussed and researched the teaching quality culture model of colleges and universities from the aspects including spiritual culture,system culture,action culture,material culture and quality culture.
