Abstract

Based on an introduction to the background of negotiation on competition policy under multilateral trade system,the paper analyses the relationship between main WTO protocols and competition policy, and also attitudes of WTO members to constructing multilateral competition policy. It concludes that the most possible solution is that a multilateral competition rule, which includes only principles, will be constructed.
