A New Geopolitical Pattern in Central Asia and Its Strategic Influence on China

As a relatively independent unit of world geopolitics,Central Asia has its special characteristics in aspects of geographic location,culture,society, and so on;and has outstanding advantages of energy and other resources. Then it has a significant position in world politics and international relations. After the Afghanistan War because of the September 11 attacks in 2001, the geopolitical order in Central Asia changed greatly and was rearranged.It has made complex geopolitical relations in Central Asia when various international actors entered the region to compete each other for their own interests. As a result,the geopolitical pattern in Central Asia has changed and appears new forms since the '9·11'event.These changes of geopolitics in Central Asia have strategically influenced on China's security and stability.
