Abstract
Objective:To explore the activities of large trauma craniotomy flap in the treatment of severe brain injury in clinical applications.Method:Used retrospective analysis,analyzed of 65 cases in our hospital in patients with severe head injury clinical data according to surgical treatment were divided into observation group and control group,observed 35 patients with activities of standard large trauma craniotomy bone flap method,the control group of 30 patients with standard large trauma remove decompression,then the two groups the efficacy and postoperative complications were compared.Results:65 patients on motor function and overall physical ability of daily living score found in the observation group than the control group,the prognosis of the observation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Activities by large trauma craniotomy bone flap method of treatment of severe head injury,it can significantly reduce the mortality and complication rate,improve the efficacy.
