Abstract
For the shortages of conventional analog controller or single-chip processor controller for electrohydraulic proportional valve,a digital controller was designed with programmable logic controller(PLC),the controller was based on PWM technology. The mathematical model based on PWM for electro-hydraulic proportional valve was built, the model showed the relations of all control parameters.Hardware and software design was described in detail, digital PID algorithm was illuminated, and the main part of PLC program was given in software design. The test on PY-190 scraper was done. The test results show that the digital controller has advantages of high repeat precision, short lag time, low interference, reliable performance and wide adaptability.
