The Influence of Nitrogen Fertilizer on Nitrate Content in Round Leaf Spinach

Abstract

Through the Potted experiments,using round leaf spinach as material,this paper studied the influence of nitrogen utilization on round leaf spinach.The results showed that spinach yields had increased 16 percent to 63 percent with the application of certain amounts of nitrogenous fertilizer.Even though,this increased amount was not synchronous with amounts of nitrogenous fertilizer.With the increasing of nitrogenous fertilizer,and nitrate reductase activity gradually increased.However,the nitrate content was not decreased as nitrate reductase increasing.
