Abstract
Objective: To explore the therapeutic value of 3DCRT in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) . Methods: According to the different grades and characteristic of organism of NSCLC, we treated 32 NSCLC patients by 3DCRT alone and combining with the other treatments, 32 patients with inoperatable non small cell lung cancer were treated by chemotherapy and conventional radiotherapy. Results: In therapy group , CR:8 patients (25%), PR:21 patients (65.6%),NR:3 patients(9.4%), CR+PR:29 patients(90.6%),the acute radiation esophagitis rate 21.8%(n=7), the acute radiation pneumonitis rate 12.5%(n=4), they were 1~2 grade, the KPS of 31 patients were improved, 1-year effective survival rate 86%, and the median survival period 16.5 months. In the control group ,32 NSCLC patients were treated by chemotherapy and conventional radiotherapy, CR+PR:21 patients( 65.6%), the median survival period 12 months. Conclusion: Under the evidence-based medicine, we could combine the 3DCRT with the other therapy methods to, get the better results, and improve the patient survival quality. The adverse reaction was small, and the patients were tolerant.
