Abstract
Taking 18 walnut varieties in nursery garden of Northwest Agricultural and Forestry University as materials, the genetic diversity of them was studied using ISSR molecular marker technology, and PCR optimum system was set up.The results showed that 15 primers were selected from 31 primers with good repeatability and strong polymorphism,132 polymorphic loci were detected;the number of the polymorphic loci of each primer averaged 8.8.The similarity coefficient between 'Xilin 3' and 'Liaoning 4' was the maximum(0.7639),'Xiluo3' and 'Xinjiang 2' was the minimum(0.2500).Polymorphic information content(PIC) ranged from 0.7105 to 0.9151,and all values were greater than 0.5,indicating that 15 primers sites showed a high degree of polymorphism, also showed that the genetic resources of these samples were very rich.
