Abstract

China entered the aging society,the before getting rich and not prepared before old has become increasingly prominent,the elderly faced poverty,disease,mental care and many other issues,physical and mental health facing a severe test.According to the elderly in the central nervous,cardiovascular,respiratory,physical characteristics of the motor system,analyze the causes for the elderly exercise cycle,endocrine,respiratory,nervous system function of its attention to the problem.Older people exercise should be individualized,to pay attention to physical exercise intensity, frequency of physical activity and exercise rationality and related links,as far as possible in the form of exercise prescription for exercise,strength exercises to strengthen targeted exercise prescription for the elderly,the effect of exercise is obvious. Elderly active scientific exercise,can improve the function of each system to achieve physical and mental health,improve quality of life,reduce the social and family pressure.
