Abstract
It is a basic task to attach importance to ideology and politics in universities. Strengthening campus culture is an efficient approach to improve the work of universities. In the new historical age, to exert positive function of campus culture needs to adjust the direction of campus culture construction, organization and leaders, form of content, and system construction.
