Abstract
Since the famous theory of financial deepening brought forward by Mackinon and Edward Show in 1970s, it has been of the most important part of Development Economics and used to guide the practice of developing countries. Based on a brief review on the theory of financial deepening, the article analyzed the main problems of rural financial system in China from the financial repression, and put forward some policies and measures about our country's rural financial deepening.
