Observation of the Combination Dexamethasone and Anisodamine Preventing Phlebitis Caused by Vinorelbine

Objective To probe the effect of the combination Dexamethasone and Anisodamine preventing phlebitis caused by vinorelbine.Methods Dividing the patients treated by vinorelbine into two groups,27 patients per group.In them,the two chemotherapy is least,the ten chemotherapy is most.The total times per group is 108 patients.In the experimental group,phlebitis was prevented by mixed liquid with Dexamethasone and Anisodamine.In contrast group phlebitis was prevented routinely.Results In the experimental group,the incidence of phlebitis is 8.28%,The paindegree of phlebitis is 2.80±1.95,The pain duration of phlebitis is 3.50±1.90 days.In contract group,the incidence of phlebitis is 23%,The pain degree phlebitis is 5.72±2.41,The pain duration of phlebitis is 6.25±1.78 days.By χ2、t-test,the differences between two groups is significant statistically.Conclusion The combination Dexamethasone and Anisodamine can prevent phlebitis effectively reduce pain degree and shorten painduration.
