Learned Helplessness and Program of Attribution Training in Physical Education

This paper introduced the concept of learned helplessness and analyzed students' symptom of learned helplessness in physical education. This paper also discussed the relationship between learned helplessness and attribution. By considering the fundamental program of attribution training and the Leeds attributional coding system, this study developed an available program of attribution training on student who has learned helplessness in physical education.
