APPLICATION OF RS-GIS-GPS TECHNOLOGY IN LAND-USE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

As an high-tech in information management,3S technologies will be widely applied in land resource management.Based on the introduction of RS,GIS,GPS and the integration of them,this article briefly expatiated the application of 3S technologies in land management on these following five aspects: the investigation of land-use,land-use planning,the dynamic monitoring of land-use,the evaluation of land resources and land consolidation,and then forecasted the applying prospect of 3S technologies in land management.
