A Review on Model-Driven Architecture

Abstract

Model-Driven Architecture (MDA) is an approach to the full lifecycle integration of enterprise systems. It provides a framework based on formal model to understand, design, operate, and evolve all aspects of such enterprise systems, using engineering methods and tools. Based on analyzing the basic concepts deeply, this paper studies the characters of MDA in details and then gives some advices about enhancing MDA.
