The Relationship between HanYePing Company and the National Government during the Process of Takeover after the Anti-Japanese War

After the Anti- Japanese War,the national government adopted the policy to take over HanYePing Company. The reason was that HanYePing Company was close to the successive central governments,so it used a large amount of government funds during the founding and developing process. On the other hand,after the Japanese occupation,its manager ChengEnYi took refuge in cooperation with Japan,which made the Japanese grabbed a large amount of ore. At the same time,mining and steel were about national economy and people's livelihood,but the subordinate factories were on the verge of bankruptcy. Therefore,from 1945- 1948,the National Government took resolute measures to recover the HanYePing Company in accordance with the relevant spirit of takeover policy,and made it become the basis of state- owned Central China Iron and Steel Company.
