Abstract
CSTD1 three-stage electronic-hydraulic servo valve with electrical position feedback was designed.Based on the principle of three-stage servo valve,the forerunner level valve and electrical position feedback sensor were determined,the main valve and servo amplifier were designed.The influence of hydraulic force and technique during the process on the three-stage servo valve was analyzed.The result of test shows that the performance of CSTD1 three-stage electronic-hydraulic servo valve with electrical position feedback satisfies the design requirement.The further research aspects were discussed.
