Abstract
?Under the conditions of socialist market economy,how we shall anticipate and deal with the new situations and new problems in our management and construction of teaching materials of our institutes of higher learning remains a question.As a functional department,it calls for consideration how we shall totally adapt ourselves from our original management system,our teaching modal,our teaching contents and teaching method formatted by our generally planned economy of high-concentration to new conditions so as to meet the new situations of our socialist market economy. 〔
