Abstract

Objective Study of different methods in treatment of cerebral aneurysms an efficacy, better for the future treatment of cerebral aneurysms with reference. Methods 89 cases of patients with cerebral aneurysms were retrospectively analyzed, divided into two groups, were performed on patients with cerebral aneurysm clipping ( 41 patients with craniotomy group), The introduction of endovascular embolization in treatment of 48 patients (Intervention group ), a group of two patients with postoperative curative effect statistical analysis, and comparison. Results The two groups therapeutic effects were compared, intervention group's clinical curative effect is more obvious(P0.05), The difference has statistical significance. Conclusion Interventional embolization therapy more effective, worthy of promotion and research.
