Abstract
Results from the stem and leaf cali induction of Cerasus humilis showed that the modified MS supplemented with(1.0 mg/L) NAA +(0.5 mg/L) IBA +(0.2 mg/L)BA is optimal for leaf callus induction while the modified MS with(0.5 mg/L) 2,4-D +(0.3 mg/L) NAA +(0.15 mg/L) BA optimal for the stem callus formation. As far as plantlet regeneration, the medium as 1/3 MS +(2.0 mg/L) BA +(0.01 mg/L) IBA performed the best.
