Abstract
The innovation is one kind of latent psychological ability that everybody has,the creativity must depend on the education to rise and to practice excavates.The formation of innovation spirit is not only the highest goal of the entire innovation education,but also impels the individual to be engaged in the creative activity lifelong.When we implement innovation education,We must both develop all the students' innovational quality,and develop fully each student's innovation ON potential,so that they can become creative persons,thus enhancing the innovational quality and creation ability of the entire Chinese nationality.
