Abstract
Objective:To explore the causes of misdiagnosis and early diagnostic strategy for acute aortic dissection(AAD) with abdominal pain.Methods:The clinical data of 21 cases AAD patients with abdominal pain were analyzed retrospectively.Results:8 cases were diagnosed in first visiting.13 cases were misdiagnosed including 7 cases were misdiagosed as pancreatitis.18 cases were cured and 3 cases died.Conclusion:The AAD with abdominal pain lack specificity clinical manifestation,misdiagnosed easily.Clinician should strengthen understanding to the disease.Combining clinical manifestation with laboratory examination and the image findings may enhance the diagnosis rate.
