A Study on the Criminal Policies in Chinese Criminal Procedure

Criminal policies bear the fundamental guidance in criminal procedure,so we should study the criminal policies to evaluate procedure laws for their rationality of actual status and possibility of changes.In order to broaden the narrow vision of criminal policy studies and to change the basic understanding of criminal laws,especially criminal procedure laws,it is necessary,in the perspective of China's criminal procedure,to classify criminal policies from their function,legislation,judiciary,proper period of time,stages of procedure process,and social patterns,and to explore the relationships between related criminal policies and criminal procedure.
