Abstract
Objective To explore the serodiagnosic value of HBV large protein and HBV-DNA.Method HBV-LP,HBV DNA,Pre-S1 and hepatitis B viral markers(HBVM) were detected in the sera of the patients infected with HBV and normal controls.HBV-LP,Pre-S1 and HBVM were analyzed by using ELISA.HBV-DNA was quantitatively detected using real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction.Result The positive rate was 68.46% with HBV-LP,63.08% with HBV-DNA and 24.23 %with Pre-S1 in patients with difierent HBVM.The positive rate was 94.87% with HBV-LP,94.87% with HBV-DNA and 79.49% with Pre-S1 respectively in HBeAg positive patients and 62.64% with HBV-LP,49.45% with HBV DNA and 0.55% with Pre-S1 in HBeAg negative patients. The concordance rate was 67.03% between HBV-LP and HBV-DNA in HBeAg negative patients. The contents of serum HBV-LP was positively correlated with the number of HBV-DNA copies. Conclusion There is a close correlation between the positive rate of HBV-LP and HBV-DNA in HBeAg positive patients.HBV-LP is a reliable serodiagnosic marker that can reflect the replication of HBV.Significant difference between the positive rates of HBV DNA and HBV-LP find in HBeAg nagetive patients. The contents of serum HBV-LP is positively correlated with the number of HBV-DNA copies.
