Abstract
Objective To investigate the psychological care of patients with post-stroke depression symptoms and its impact on neurological rehabilitation. Methods One hundred and fourteen cases of post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group(58 cases) and control group(56 cases),the patients in control group were only taken routine care, and patients in treatment group were taken psychological care on the basis of conventional treatment. The evaluation of efficacy of treatment was determined by using the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(HAMD),Chinese stroke scale(CNS) and Nursing Observation Scale for Inpatients(NOSIE-30).Results There was no significant difference(P0.05) between HAMD and CNS scores before treatment. The scores of patients in treatment group were lower than those of control group after treatment for six weeks, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Among scales of NOSIE-30 after treatment, the total negative factors, total estimated positive factors and conditions of patients in treatment group were better than those of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Conclusion Psychological care can significantly remit the patient's depressive symptoms and improve nerve function, and it is beneficial for comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with post-stroke depression.
