Clinical treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods Ninety-five cases of patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia diagnosed by MP-IgM antibody test in pediatric department of our hospital were all given azithromycin sequential therapy.Results Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia occurred more in children,the main clinical manifestations were fever and cough,and pulmonary signs were inconsistency with chest X-ray apparent.Extrapulmonary complications could involve multiple systems of the body.After the treatment,all patients were cured or improved and discharged,88 cases were cured,accounted for 92.63%;7 cases were improved,accounted for 7.37%.Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is efficacy,and worthy of promotion.
