Abstract
The main nutritional components,such as moisture,protein,fat,crude fiber,poly saccherride,ash,inorganic and trace elements ,of pseudostems of three species of Musa nana Lour were analysed in this paper .The results showed that poly saccherride were the mainest component in arid material of pseudostems,and 3.20~4.40 percent of arid meterial were crude fiber.The pseudostems of Musa nana Lour contained rich mineral elements ,especially the content of K 、Ca 、Mg 、P and S were higher.
