Analysis of the Present Situation and the Market Order of Supervision Enterprise

The establishment of construction engineering supervision system started in 1988.After 20 years of development,the supervision has played an important role in the construction and achieved remarkable results.The supervision business has raised widespread concern and attention from the whole society,and won great recognition and support from the governments at all levels.However,there are still many urgent problems in the supervision market: the fees of supervision remains low,the competition between the supervision enterprises is vicious,the supervision bidding is irregular,the owners' behavior is not standard,the behavior of the supervision units is not good occasionally.These problems seriously affect the healthy development of building market.The present paper discusses on the positive and negative aspects of the present supervision job,and puts forward some effective solutions to the problems in the supervision market.
