Research on Settlement of Minority in Western Region——Taking Grassland Restoration and Herdsmen to Settle of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang for an Example

This text illustrates the natural geography and husbandry in Yili,and present situation of returning to grassland,herdsmen settlement according to the status of implementation.It mainly analyzes grassland restoration,settler's inadaptation and folk deletion under the conduction of government,and then analyzes main problems of the returning grassland and herdsmen settlement in the process of relocation.Furthermore,it poses countermeasures and advances of sustainable development of the production life of herdsmen settlement.
