Abstract
In order to improve drilling speed and tight gas exploration and development benefitthe horizontal well drilling acceleration and matching technique are studied.Based on Sulige Gasfield engineering geological characteristics and drilling difficulties, drilling acceleration and matching technologies including steering drilling, wellbore structure and drilling tool combination optimization, personalized bit design, safe drilling are studied. The technologies are applied in 18horizontal wells in Sulige Gasfield, accumulative total footage is 81225m,average drilling speed improves by 44.36%,drilling cycle is shortened by 22.79%,cumulative cost savings of about 63 milion RMB,considerable economic benefit and social benefit are created.
