Abstract

A HPLC method was developed for the determination of difenoconazole 10% WG.The HPLC conditions were as follows: Agilent TC-C18 column, mobile phase of methanol + water(V/V,80/20),and detection wavelength of 254 nm.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of the method was 0.999 7,the standard deviation was 0.034 9,the variation coefficient was 0.344%,and the average recovery was 100.46%.
