DESIGN OF REACTIVE EXTRUDER AND ITS APPLICATION

Abstract

The construction and technical features of reactive extruder are introduced, which is used in reactive extruder of polyethylene grafted maleic anhydride(MAH-g-PE). The results show that the graft ratio is improved and most of non-reactive maleic anhydride monomer was separated from MAH-g-PE ,and colourless smellless non-bubble and clear MAH-g-PE products with smooth surface are also gotten.
