Abstract
Using the economic data from 1978 to 2010,the paper makes an empirical analysis and finds that China's monetary growth has a positive effect on economic growth and raising interest rates can curb inflation effectively.The paper takes the position that monetary policy should always adhere to the goal of keep the monetary value stable,insist on fine-tuning operations,enhance the market's expectations on monetary policy;keep the balance between curbing inflation and promoting growth,make the promoting labor value the basis of the policy;make full use of interest rates to achieve stable economic growth under low inflation.
