Discussion on the Innovation of University Library's Service for Readers under the Network Environment

This paper analyzes on the new features of the service for readers under the network environment, and advances some new measures for the service for readers under the network environment from the aspects of strengthening the construction of the digital collection, and developing the deep lever service of network information resources, etc.
