Research on Venture Education Model for Students in Colleges for Nationalities

It is an effective measure to implement enterprise education for the reform of higher education and promoting students' employment in universities,however,the research and practice of Chinese enterprise education is still in its initial stage.Until now,there is no enough research of enterprise education for ethnic universities and colleges,so it needs much more attention and research by education departments and related expert scholars.Therefore we need to analysis the status and seek the problems of enterprise education for students,and try to construct new enterprise education model for students in ethnic universities and colleges which combined with school-running characteristics of ethnic universities and colleges and employment situation of minority college students,and it has an important strategic significance of promoting the innovative society construction and social harmony and stability,and also enhance the pioneering consciousness and ability of national minority students.
