Observing the flatulent phenomenon of soybean oligosaccharides

Abstract

The flatulent phenomenon of soybean oligosaccharides,fructooligosaccharide and modified soybean oligosaccharides was studied in this article.The modified soybean oligosaccharides don't have flatulent phenomenon.Fructooligosaccharide has light flatulent phenomenon at 30 multiples of adult dosage.Soybean oligosaccharides have light flatulent phenomenon and the situation is similar to fructooligosaccharide.
