Abstract
Study on the photosynthetic characteristics of strawberry(Darselect) leaves showed that the photosynthetic rate (Pn) of mid-position leaf of strawberry was the highest, secondly in lower-position leaf, and lowest in upper-position,newly-spreaded leaf. The light compensation point of photosynthesis of leaves at upper,middle,lower-position was 48.0,49.1 and 36.7 μmol/(m~2·s) respectively, and the saturation light intensity of photosynthesis leaves in upper, middle and lower position was 638,817,and 782 μmol/(m~(2)·s) respectively. CO_2 compensation point leaves in upper, middle and lower position was 143.7,48.2 and 82.4 μmol/mol respectively. CO_2 saturation point leaves in upper, middle and lower position was 921,901 and 943 μmol/mol respectively.
