However, SMEs are facing many difficulties in the development process, the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises is one of the main problems. This article first analyzes the present situation of equity financing of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country and the existing problems; and then analyzes the external financial environment of equity financing of small and medium enterprises face legal environment, market environment and so on;then from the perspective of financial culture and analyzes the causes of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises; on the basis of the above analysis, put forward to perfect China's small and medium enterprises equity financing and financial environment countermeasures and suggestions.
