Progress in the study of cow milk protein allergy in infants

Cow milk protein allergy not only belongs to the region of food safety,but also involves clinical medicine fields.With the develop-ment of society,cow milk protein allergy gets more and more attention.This paper summarizes the progress in mechanism,classification,clinical symptom,allergens and allergen modification of cow milk protein allergy.
