The School-enterprise Cooperation Training Mode Practice of Independent Colleges Software Talents

Independent Colleges and Training is faced with many software development bottleneck,in which schools and corporate training professionals how seamless is the crux of the problem.Therefore,cooperation with software companies to become the key to solving this core problem,but how to innovate and optimize the cooperation model,the real co-operation between enterprises and schools to mobilize the enthusiasm,give full play and the integration of all resources to achieve mutually beneficial goals,is the school and enterprise cooperation worthy of further exploration and study.In this paper,an example of Wuhan University huaxia college,introduce the status of my college-enterprise cooperation,focusing on business cooperation with software,personnel training of software processes and practices,summed up the innovative school-enterprise cooperation mode.
