Abstract

The architecture of ancient houses of Huizhou has brought about a splendid perspective during the past several hundred years because of its unique geographical environment and economic surroundings.It expresses the rich humanistic connotations and forms the special artistic images by architecture languages ,such as the combination of structures,the use of colours,decorations and so on .In the meantime it also reflects ,from the other side,the ethical ideas ,and the material and cultural styles and features of the feudal society.
