Genealogy:Special Archives to Complete and Revise Historical Facts

Abstract

Genealogy in China is called pudie in ancient times,and now it is called genealogy archives.Genealogy archives,which are of great importance to historical studies,should be attached much importance to in their revision,protection and use.However,there is still much to be desired in this respect.Based on a study of Shi clan and Lou clan in Ningbo,some proposals will be put forward to explain some problems in the genealogy archives based historical study of these two clans.
