Predicament and Breakthrough of College Students’ Modern Civic Awareness Education

With the continuous development of democratic politics and education reforms,it is becoming a trend to strengthen the modern civic awareness education.For undergraduates,this should not only include the basic content of civic awareness education,at the same time,but also reflect the distinct group features and the characteristics of the times.At present,the civic awareness education of college students also faces a series of problems: in system,it lacks a systematic theory construction and rigorous top-level design;in practice,it lacks educational innovation so that reality and theory mind their own business separately.Therefore,from the two aspects of individual rights and public interest,we could achieve the first breakthrough through enhancing legal literacy,social practice and supporting education reform.
