Abstract

The paper analyzes how to scientifically develop sports in colleges and universities base on the development situation of sports activities in colleges and universities as well as scientific principles which should be obeyed.It puts forward suggestions and reform proposals so as to improve the development situation of sports activities in colleges and universities.
