Abstract
In order to improve management and efficiency of irrigation district with the advanced programming language of Borland Delphi,we developed the multi-functional decision-making support system of water-saving irrigation in irrigation district,which integrates functions of water production function calculation,crop water requirement calculation,water resources optimal allocation,decision of water-saving irrigation and so on,taking the application of this technology in an irrigation district in Daming County,Hebei Province as an example.The result showed that this system could make the best use of limited water resource by making scientific and rational irrigation decision.
