High-tech industry is not only an important indicator for a country or a region,s core competence,but aslo the important force which can drive industrial structure restructuring and economic growing rapidly.Economic development in Hebei Province also dependent on traditional industries largely at present,how to speed up the development of high-tech industry in Hebei Province has become the important problem for economic developing.This text fristly analyzing the High-tech industry developing status in Hebei Province,finding out its advantages in location and resources,and then compareing the statistical data with other provinces to find out the problems exists in the develompment process of high-tech industry in Hebei Province.Finally,proposing the optimizations on the basis of above analysis.
