Abstract
Yangtze River Delta is the most advanced area in China, small towns distribute densely. Since reform and opening,to the outside, small towns had speeded up,rapidly.Taking Taicang County as an example,this paper analyses the dynamic mechanism of small towns in Taicang. It will be useful to small towns' development and especially in those developed areas.
