Abstract

Informatization has become an important strategic resource in human social and economic activities.The development and wide application of information technology make digital archives management more urgent and bring an opportunity to digital archives management construction,which is also a demand of this new age.Archivists should study more knowledge and gradually master the necessary information technology to work better and serve socialist economy construction as well as socialist spiritual civilization construction.
