Clinical Analysis on Maguigebantang in Treating of Cold Urticaria

Abstract

Objective To compare cetirizine and Maguigebantang to cold urticaria on the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods Total 110 cases were divided into two groups: the treatment group(60 cases)and the control group(50 cases).Treatment group was given Maguigebantang and cetirizine;the control group alone Cetirizine 1 times/d,a two-week course of treatment.Results The efficacy of treatment group was 93.3%(56/60),the control group was 54%(27/50)(χ2=22.78,P0.01).Conclusion In the clinical efficacy of cold Urticaria,use Maguigebantang and Cetirizine together is better than use Cetirizine alone.
